Online education has become common between working teachers and students who are want to complete their learning and education. and learning can be expressed as the active process of combining the new meaning to an past one, involving the assimilation and accommodation of skills, and thoughts.The effectiveness of learning is related to the content and to the goals.and teaching can be explained as transmission of knowledge and facilitating the learning by scaffolding students to help them engaged in appropriate learning activities.
In the shade of technological revolution that have bombed the traditional classroom with many advances such as laptops and phone that have change the way of learning nowadays. where the students can continue their education through video lessons, resources and a variety of games
elementary students are not equipped with skills needed by the job market in schools .So Teachers have responsibility to improve their skills including cognitive and social ones. Without these skills , countries will fall in technological progress, globalization, and economic growth. Teachers must focus more on progressiveness and constructionist skills-oriented learning, and improve students' communication skills and problem solving skills.
So the aim of teaching no to transmit information, but to transform students from passive recipients into active constructors of their own and others' knowledge. and this can be done by working on a new curriculum that take into consideration all these points
